Great location, close to the center of town. Comfortable bed and pillows for a good night's sleep. Friendly and accommodating staff, especially Fernando and Umberto. Some rooms have a view of the cathedral. Comparatively cheap price for the value. Clean bathroom with towels provided. Convenient amenities like a kitchen and fridge in some rooms. Beautiful mural painted on the wall.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We loved our stay here! The location was fantastic, just a couple blocks away from the city center. The hotel staff were exceptional and the rooftop terrace was a highlight of our trip. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff.

The hotel's location is very convenient, just a few blocks away from the main square and close to popular tourist spots. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean. the mural painted on the room wall added a nice touch of decoration to the room.

The spotty internet connectivity can be a bit frustrating.

The rooftop view was amazing! We could see the whole city and mountains around it. the location was perfect too, we could walk to all the main attractions in just a few minutes. the staff was friendly and welcoming, they gave us a towel during check-in and helped us with our luggage.

We didn't like that there were no windows in our room to open to the outside, just a large sliding door that faced a common area. We didn't feel comfortable when other guests peeked into our room late at night.

The hotel had a convenient location and was easy to access key tourist sites. The rooftop terrace was a nice place to relax. One of the staff members was quite helpful and friendly.

The hotel had a few drawbacks. The room we stayed in had no windows to the outside street, and the only available window opened up to a common space.
